Packing and shipping:

• Welding goods are normally packed with carton and pallet. Also we can pack them as per customer’s special request.
• We welcome custom package of carton box,wooden box and pallet.And we are OK to do safety packing testing if needed.
• We offer EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU terms.
• We will send you the goods within 30 days after receiving deposit.

Q1: How can I get a sample to check your metal work quality?

Answer: After price /confirm/iation, we are happy to make sample for your checking. We will provide you sample for free (value under USD15), as long as you afford the express freight.

Q2: How long can I expect to get the metal work sample?

Answer: After the sample order /confirm/ied, we will take 6-10 working days to finish the sample. The samples will be sent to you via DHL, FedEx,UPS,TNT or EMS. It should arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you don't have any account.

Q3: What about the leading time for mass production?

Answer: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity. Normally, after the sample /confirm/ied, it will take around16 workdays for mass production.

Q4: What will we do if the metal work quality is not ok ?

Answer: If the quality problem is caused by our fault, we will make replacement order for free OR refund the amount.

Q5: How can I Pay?
